The complete range from Gradient is now available to pilots flying in the lakes. Local pilots Kitt Rudd and Ben Keayes have demo gliders from the Gradient range available now.

Who is Gradient?

Gradient are a young and dynamic company that have developed an international reputation for producing paragliders with exceptional quality, performance and safety. They also happen to be a real pleasure to fly and explore the freedom of the skies with.

Formed in 1997 to immediate acclaim. Much of the company's success flows from the experience and expertise of its director Ondrej Dupal and designer Vaclav Sykora
Ondrej Dupal is recognised throughout the paragliding community as a World-Class pilot of exceptional ability, while Vaclav Sykora brings to Gradient over 20 years experience in the design and development of aircraft, paragliders and reserve parachutes. Production director Frantisek Miller completes the Gradient management team.

Over the last seven years Gradient has grown to become one of the most successful paragliding brands, selling through a network of Gradient distributors to more than 30 countries around the world.

ASPEN DHV 2 Security, Speed, fantastic glide its does it all. Ben chose to fly this wing on his Alps Bivouac adventure this summer. He liked it so much we agreed to become dealers for Gradient in the Lakes - thus launching ( excuse the pun)Air Play.

BLISS DHV 2/3 The perfect high performance glider Kitt had a short XC test flight on one last year liked it so much that he decided to compete with it this year. Some of his achievements this year include
Winner of the Lakes BPC round.
Best 'Newcomer Award' and a creditable 11th position at the St André British Champs round.
Winner of the Welsh International Open held at Wentnor in Shropshire Gradient gliders claimed 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions at this event.
Winner of Task 3 - Long Mynd leg of the British Champs series.
Member of the victorious British Bleriot Team An annual competition against the French, which we have not managed to win since 1998.
Member of the Gradient 'A' Team flying to 2nd position in the Team event during the final round of the British Championships held at Castejon de Sos. Here Kitt also won the Sky Systems 'Nationals Best Newcomer' trophy.
